two sides, one engine

One engine. AI side, DeFi side.

MONARK is one engine with two sides. The AI side is the engine itself: a coverage-controlled gate that answers commit, defer or abstain, never a probability of being right, with the components that read, attest and act around it. The DeFi side is the on-chain applications it powers.

sensors attest · the gate decides · acts execute

sensors attest

A sensor writes down what it saw, as bytes anyone can recompute: an attested price testimony (Shōgen), an attested redemption flow (Narabi); Bell’s signed session record. No score rides on it.

AttestedPriceAttestedFlow

the gate Hikae + MONARK B_t

Each reading is conformed into a coverage region, then decided. The answer is one of three words, over a region, with its named residuals; the budget comes back as the caller sent it.

acts execute

An act carries a prediction contract through the gate and does only what a commit allows. Ukemi is the first built one.

Prediction

The first vertical, built and served piece by piece and composed on the gate path. Eight frozen contracts (AttestedBook upcoming until served); the gate emits commit, defer or abstain and a budget, never a return and never a probability of being right.

three principles
01 — a region, not a score

The gate outputs a coverage region — a set or an interval — and a decision. There is no confidence field, anywhere. The contract layer enforces this in code.

02 — a budget, not a yield

B_t is the authorization budget. B_t is caller-carried: the caller keeps B_t and sends it with each call, and the gate returns it unchanged. It is a right to act, not a yield.

03 — applications, not tokens

Sensors that attest, a gate that authorizes, acts that execute. The engine powers the on-chain applications; there is one token and one ticker.

Solid outline: built and served on a tested path. Dashed: named, not delivered; nothing is claimed for an agent or an application that is not built.

the gate, simulated · illustrative, not market activity
commit · defer · abstain

It abstains,
so it can act.

One engine, eleven agents, one plug per client. Sensors witness, an adapter shapes the testimony into a frozen Prediction, the gate authorizes, an act executes — and B_t is caller-carried: the caller keeps B_t and sends it with each call, and the gate returns it unchanged. Never a probability of being right.

04 · sensors · witness
Shōgen証言built
Attested perception — an attested price testimony.
Mokugeki目撃upcoming
Mokugeki attests the facts it extracts from a document or an event, without adding sentiment or interpretation.
Narabi並びbuilt
Narabi senses redemption-run velocity from the attested onchain flow; its adaptive quantile tracker publishes a replayable daily timeline.
backbone
Adapterbuilt
Typed attestations become one frozen shape. Sensors never speak to the gate directly; clients never speak to sensors.
calibrate · BYObuilt
Or bring your own nonconformity scores — the gate conforms against them. Any asset, any task.
03 · gate · authorize
Hikae控えbuilt
Conforms the reading into a coverage region, then decides.

Genkan玄関upcoming
Genkan is the point every transfer, swap, or signature passes through first, returning a commit, defer, or abstain decision along with the remaining budget.
02 · acts · execute (upcoming)
Ukemi受身built
Liquidation coverage, gated.
feeds the gate (cascade → gate), not execute
Kaihi回避upcoming
Kaihi exits a liquidity range — minting or burning it — ahead of toxic order flow.
Kessai決済upcoming
Kessai routes a swap to a venue and issues a settlement receipt for the execution.
Kamae構えupcoming
Kamae quotes both sides of a market from inventory, and stays silent when told to abstain.
Kyokusen曲線upcoming
Kyokusen fits a yield curve across maturities and gates rollovers and looped positions against it.
Koyomi暦upcoming
Koyomi flattens leveraged exposure ahead of a recurring weekend trading-window closure.
An illustrative simulation of the gate policy — not market activity
In this simulation each commit spends B_t. On the served gate, B_t is caller-carried: the caller keeps B_t and sends it, and the gate returns it unchanged.
MONARK — one token, one ticker

A depletable authorization budget.

Not a yield, not idle staking, not an oracle: the right to act, carried by the caller. Tokenomics: to be announced.
